Body Peace Support Forum for Women: 8 week online course designed for women seeking peace with body and food. This program was a great success in the spring - I look forward to offering it again. Includes an online discussion board, email sessions with Kyrai Antares, weekly journal questions, reading materials, activity suggestions, and film suggestions. This course is a very convenient format. You use the message board whenever it is convenient for you - and you get to fit the activities into your own schedule.
